  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase
  • Not be a final sale or non-returnable item (as specified on the product page)

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

3. Exchanges
